You remain in full control of all financial matters. We set up your account on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms under your name, ensuring transparency and ownership from day one.

Payouts from these channels go directly to you, and our management fee is collected separately based on the agreed-upon commission structure.

Any services outside of standard operations — such as restocking supplies or purchasing household items — may incur an additional charge. If we need to visit the property to restock or purchase items on your behalf, a restocking service fee will apply.

All maintenance and repair costs are also the responsibility of the owner. We’re happy to coordinate vendor access and scheduling, and will always keep you informed — but you approve the work, and you cover the expense.
