As a locally operated company, we provide rapid, on-the-ground response. Depending on the nature of the issue, we either:

  • Dispatch our internal inspection team

3. Owner Communication

You approve key decisions—we handle the rest.


A 20% commission is deducted from your payout after each guest stay.


Maintenance Note:
Homeowners are responsible for all third-party maintenance service charges. If our team is required to purchase items on your behalf (e.g. going to hardware or supply stores at your request), a 20% sourcing fee will be added to cover time and coordination.


 Vendor & Cleaning Coordination

No, you don’t need to manage it yourself. With Blue Herron Properties, we handle all cleaning and vendor coordination on your behalf.


We work with a trusted network of local professionals who understand the standards required for short-term rentals. If you already have a preferred cleaner or vendor, we’re happy to coordinate directly with them to maintain continuity and peace of mind.


Every cleaning, turnover, and maintenance task is scheduled, tracked, and documented in your Fairly owner dashboard—giving you full visibility without the day-to-day effort.


Our goal is to protect your time, ensure consistent quality, and make sure your home is always guest-ready.


Yes, you can—as long as the property is showing available for use.

You have full control over your calendar and can block off any dates you'd like for personal use. Whether it’s for a vacation, family gathering, or quiet weekend getaway, we’ll make sure your property is reserved exclusively for you.


We just ask for as much advance notice as possible to avoid overlapping with any existing guest bookings.

We charge a flat 20% commission on the nightly rental income. This rate includes:
